Untangled Pro isn’t working with my computer, what do I do?

This probably means you need to update your computer’s Bluetooth drivers. Please check to make sure your computer’s Bluetooth drivers are up to date; once they are updated, your headphones should work.

Will the Untangled Pro work with my car entertainment system?

Most car entertainment systems use infrared technology (IR) and not Bluetooth, so LilGadgets will most likely not work with your car.

 

While your car may have Bluetooth capabilities for calls and streaming audio, it’s likely not for the entertainment system. If you are unsure whether your car’s entertainment system is infrared technology or Bluetooth, please consult your car’s manual.

Does the Untangled series require Bluetooth?

Nope! If you have a non-Bluetooth device, every Untangled Pro comes with a 3.5mm audio cable so they can be used as wired headphones.

What devices are the Untangled Pro headphones compatible with?

The Untangled Pro headphones work with Bluetooth devices such as tablets, computers, phones and more.

 

If your device does not have Bluetooth, don’t worry! We’ve also included a 3.5mm cable, which allows you to use your Untangled Pro headphones as wired headphones.

How do I pair my Untangled Pro headphones?

 
 

Pairing the Untangled Pro is quick and easy:

1 Make sure Untangled Pro is powered OFF

2 Press and hold the power button until the LED begins to quickly flash in red & blue
Be careful not to let go of the button when you see the solid blue light

3 Follow your device’s Bluetooth pairing instructions

4 Select “Untangled Pro” from the detection list on your device

Your headphones are now ready!

Can the CarBuddy be used for rear facing car seats?

No, the CarBuddy is designed to attach to the BACK of a headrest, not to the front of it. For safety reasons, please use the your CarBuddy as directed.

Can the CarBuddy be used with any car model?

The CarBuddy can be used with most car models. The fit will depend on the shape of the headrest.

Are there additional international shipping charges?

The short answer is yes, but it’s cheaper for you that way.

Orders placed with lilgadgets.com from outside the US do not include international duties imposed by local governments (where applicable). If we were to use our US based international shipping services, your cost would be significantly higher.

If you ordered directly from lilgadgets.com, please conact us with your order number so we can assist you with a direct return and refund.

What is the LilGadgets returns and exchanges policy?

We hope that you and your family love your purchase! You may exchange or return products purchased on lilgadgets.com for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 60 days of the purchase date. If the product is unopened, you may exchange it up at any time up to one year of the date of purchase. All you would be responsible for are the shipping charges to return the product back to us.

If you purchased one of our products through a LilGadgets authorized retailer, please follow their return policy for refunds and exchanges. Please contact us if you have any questions about who is an authorized retailer for LilGadgets. If you experience any trouble with your return or exchange, we would be happy to help! Within 60 days, along with proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, gift receipt or packing slip), you may return or exchange an unopened LilGadgets product. Opened items are not eligible for exchanges and you will be responsible for the charges to return the product back to us.
